ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED AT YOUR COST IN GOOD CONDITION IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH TAGS WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE CREDIT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. RETURNS AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT E-MAIL CERTIFICATE TO YOUR ACCOUNT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. DELIVERIES. MONOGRAMMED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
Please send merchandise with all tags in it's original box. If mailing back thru USPS request a delivery confirmation. If returns are shipped via Federal Express and or UPS (United Parcel Service), please mail or call in your Tracking number so that we may know you are sending your merchandise back to us. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, DAMAGED, LOST OR CUSTOMS RELATED ISSUES "NO EXCEPTIONS".
