I just wanted to send a note to let you know you have a very good employee working for you. Me and my cousin Kristin have been corresponding with Roger for the last few weeks. I ordered a green pareo for my cousin in the beginning of June. I am getting married in the Bahamas in the beginning of August and me and my girls thought the green pareos were really cute and perfect for a destination wedding.

I learned a few weeks ago, the pareos were on backorder in Malaysia no less and became very nervous. My cousin Kristin said she would investigate. The pareos have been shipped as of yesterday I believe, but what I am writing about was the kind, prompt attention we recieved from Roger. He responded in a very timely manner and assured us all would be well. He acted as if us having these pareos were just as important to him as it was to us. He stayed in complete touch with me, he emailed me the tracking number, and I didn't even ask for that. When you are purchasing something online, and dealing with someone on the phone, or over email and you can't physically go to the store, it can be a very unsettling feeling, especially when it is for a wedding. But Roger made us feel comfortable that all would be well and I didn't worry. When you are planning a wedding, this is huge.
